Welcome to Cottages of Tannin! Located in the Villages of Tannin, this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom luxury home equipped to sleep 6 is perfect for your next beach getaway! Relax and enjoy the community and deeded beach access directly across the street with a crosswalk! Need a break from the beach, bring or rent bikes and access the Back Country Trail to discover all sorts of wildlife and adventure. This coastal home has room to spread out and enjoy the peaceful setting. Close to shopping and restaurants, the location could not be better.

This cottage offers guests a fully equipped modern kitchen with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, and Quartz counter tops. It’s the perfect space to try out the family’s next favorite recipe!

Enjoy each other’s company in the living area while relaxing on the Sofa or choose to watch another episode of your favorite series on the area’s HDTV. The living room also provides guests with a Sleeper Sofa.

The Master Bedroom offers guests a King bed, HDTV, and private full bathroom. The Guest Bedroom offers two (2) Double Beds. There is a second full bathroom on the second level. A convenient half bath can be found on the first floor. Towels/washcloths are provided.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen, and linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties.
Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

The sleeper sofa needs to be replaced. The mattress is worn to the point that the cushions sink down in the couch making the couch uncomfortable and the bed unusable.

Great family stay

This was our first time to Orange Beach. I did my research when booking this place, but you still never know until you arrive. It did not disappoint. Every review and every description was 100% accurate. We were so happy with our stay. It was so clean, cute decor, easy check in/out instructions and close to the beach. It was an easy walk across the street. We will definitely plan a stay here in the future when we return Thanks for a great experience.

Great location!

My family of 5 came for a week and stayed at Sand Dune. We loved the location! Even though it was across the street from beach access, it was a quick and easy walk. My only slight downfall would be that there are no beach items at the house. I would have liked a couple beach chairs so we didn’t have to buy or rent chairs. The community was small and quaint, the pool was the perfect size, and the parking was easy.

First time at Orange Beach and loved it

The house was spotless and impeccably clean throughout. Every room was well-maintained and made the entire stay feel comfortable and refreshing. The cleanliness and attention to detail were top notch. Although you have to cross the highway to get to the beach, it was incredibly easy! I didn’t have to wait at all for the traffic light. As soon as I pushed the button, it changed quickly, making it a breeze to cross the street. This made beach access super fast and convenient. Overall, this property is ideal for anyone looking for a clean, well-kept home with super easy beach access. I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again!

Everything about this property was exactly what we were looking for! The check in process was one the easiest that I’ve ever experienced! The property itself was super clean and very well appointed. Also, the Property Manager was friendly, personable and responded promptly (if not immediately!) too all of my questions. Centrally located, it’s easy to get just about anywhere and the beach is just a short walk across the street. A crosswalk is just steps from the front door and makes crossing the street a breeze!

It is a very short walk to the beach (3-5 minutes). It’s in a great location close to everything. We didn’t use the pool much because it was pretty full the week we were there.

Brand New, Clean House, Easy Beach Access

You can't get much nicer than a brand new, modernly decorated, super clean house with very easy beach access! Whole private house to ourselves! We were only the 2nd renters of this home, so hopefully it will stay this nice over time. Small neighborhood felt safe. All of the homes were positioned in an oval periphery surrounding and facing the small neighborhood pool. It only takes a few minutes to cross the street to the beach via a crosswalk, and the light changes to help you cross within seconds of pressing the crosswalk button. Beautiful white sandy beach and not very crowded even during Spring Break. Only trouble we had was Internet not working, but management helped us fix the problem (even though I contacted them outside of business hours which I shouldn't have). Will definitely consider staying here again!

There is a traffic light at the crosswalk. As soon as you press the cross walk button the light changes. Only thing is there needs to be a bigger garbage can in the kitchen, the wifi isn’t the best and we could never figure out how to watch the tv. So we just watched Netflix that already had an account open. Directions on how to get the cable box to work would be very helpful. We tried logging into Disney but it always said no wifi. Super nice place if you don’t mind not being ocean front. If you take a canopy you have to place them behind a marked spot which is very far from the water. That was a major issue with us due to having small children that wanted to be next to the water. Probably a orange beach rule. Umbrellas can be set up anywhere. Staff kept in contact through text which was great.
