You Name It! has 5 bedrooms (3 Kings/ 2 Doubles/ 2 Bunk Beds).

Spend the day in the ocean or relaxing in the "gulf front elevated/heated pool" that overlooks not only the beach, but also the beach volleyball court. Spend some time playing Shuffleboard, challenge your family to a Cornhole or Ping Pong Tournament or just sit back and spot the dolphins swimming in the ocean.

After a full day in the sun, this newly constructed 5 bed/6 bath home is the perfect place to grill out by the pool or wind down and relax on the screened in porch where you're able to catch the spectacular sunset as it creates panoramic views across the house. This home is handicap accessible and can be moved about with ease in a wheelchair (it is not qualified as ADA).

Very happy with our stay. Pool was very clean. 100 feet to the beach. Each bedroom had its own bath. Kitchen was very well stocked. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

The house was spectacular - every detail was considered, every item we might need was already there. There was a slight repair issue and within minutes of texting the owner, there was a plan in place with the repair happening the next day. Incredible spot, incredible service, we will be back!!!

We loved our stay, the views are wonderful. Our kids loved the heated pool as some days in March get a bit chilly. We also spent everyday at the beach enjoying the soft beautiful sand.

Absolutely gorgeous home. What sold us on the home was how close it was to the water, the elevator, and flat board walk for our senior dog to easily get to the beach. Mare was amazing to work with and we are so appreciative she shared her home with us. Check in/out was a breeze, no issues whatsoever, definitely recommend.

The You Name It home exceeded all expectations. It was showroom clean upon arrival, and the photos did not do justice to the beautiful great room with its vaulted ceilings and skylights. The chef's kitchen and dining area easily accommodated our large group, and having all bedrooms with private bathrooms on the same level made it very family-friendly. The elevator was also incredibly helpful for luggage and grocery loading.We spent most of our time on the deck, in the pool, and on the beach. The boardwalk was a short walk, the beach was wonderful, and the downstairs bathroom and outdoor shower were very convenient. We also appreciated the games, puzzles, and beach equipment provided. My granddaughter even called it the "Best.Vacation.Ever."Overall, this was our most satisfying beach rental ever, and I am already planning our return. The kids suggested naming the house “Beacharena,” but my choice is the "BVE (Best Vacation Ever) House."Thank you for sharing your gorgeous house and for all your helpful communication and recommendations. The view from the porch and pool deck was amazing. The short walk to the beach was awesome. We loved the kitchen and coffee bar. We had almost everything we needed. It was a great place for my handicapped sister.

Quiet Beach Stay

Perfect Beach Stay!

This property was amazing! The location was fantastic. We loved having private access to the beach and it was a quick walk/bike ride to the trading post. The house is beautiful and has everything you could want. Finding an accessible house that also allows pets is a rare find and this met all of our needs. We can wait to visit again!
