Located on Rue des Dunes, 200 meters from the beach and 2000 meters from the town center - Appreciated for its proximity to the pine forest and its walking trails - villa in a natural setting, comprising an entrance hall, a toilet, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a lovely living room, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an electric oven, a 3-burner gas hob and an electric cooktop, a microwave, and a fridge/freezer.

Upstairs, a mezzanine (lounge area) with TV and Wi-Fi, a bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet, a bedroom with two 90cm beds and one 80cm bed, and a third bedroom with a 160cm bed. A garage with a tumble dryer and washing machine. A landscaped garden with terraces, garden furniture, a griddle, an awning, and two outdoor showers. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner; please contact us. Heating is charged extra from October 1st to May 31st, based on meter readings.
