"La coupe de Cristal", 3-room maisonette 60 m2 on 3rd floor. Partly with sloping ceilings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Balcony, north-west facing position. Beautiful distant view. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, no lift. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Appartement bien situé donnant une belle vue sur la vallée avec une vue sur le lac de Passy et sur la chaine de Aravis. Juste ce qu'il faut pour poser ses valises et passer des moments agréables après une belle randonnée. Manque juste un parasol pour les fin de journée. Pas loin du centre ville.

Appartement qui convient très bien pour 4 personnes mais un peu "juste" pour 6 même s'il y a 2 enfants. Equipement correct. Adresse à retenir.

OK pour un court séjour

Très bien pour 4 personnes. Moyen pour 5 à 6. Belle situation au calme et à proximité de la navette. Wifi de très mauvaise qualité, besoin du 4G !
