The owners have provided specialized work-from-home features to ease the ability to work remotely. Access has been provided to the 3 stop elevator - garage to second floor. There is a propane gas grill on back deck. The owners have included YouTubeTV.

As of 5/31/25, property will have a dedicated rental 6-seater LSV available for guest to rent thru Lightning Bugz via an app. (Instructions on the cart itself. All LSV questions to be directed to Lightning Bugz only. This cart rental possesses one of the available rental gate passes allowed for this unit.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
