Located in the Autumn Town district, 900m from the Casino and the town center, this 40m² apartment is on the 1st floor of a 4-story building with an elevator and direct beach access via a gate. It comprises:
- Entrance with two bunk beds (90x190cm)
- Double living room with a sofa and dining area in the veranda, opening onto a furnished terrace with a superb sea view.
- Bedroom with a sofa bed (140x190cm and a comfortable mattress).

Comfort and Amenities
- Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and complete set of dishes. A washing machine and vacuum cleaner are also provided.

- Bathroom with toilet.

Parties are not permitted in the apartment.
Sheets and towels are not included in the rental.
