In a small Hungarian village called Zalaistvánd. The village has a small corner shop which is surprisingly well stocked. In the nearest larger town, Zalaegerszeg, 15 km away, there are several supermarkets. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. There is also the possibility to park a caravan.

Central heating (wood/coal), electric heating. A wood-burning stove with a glass window is available.

In the kitchen, there is a small cooking stove.
