Also due to the view over woods from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Zalaistvánd. The holiday home is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Large garden plot with terrace, fireplace and barbecue area. Well available. The house is located in the west of the Danube located part of Hungary. More precisely, in the Zala district. In a small Hungarian village called Zalaistvand. The village has a small mom and pop shop, which is surprisingly well stocked. In the next larger city Zalaegerszeg 15 km away there are several supermarkets. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property. There is also the possibility to park a caravan
