An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over a 10 sqm terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with tiled stove and dinette. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. American kitchen with electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (150 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
Top floor: Bedroom with 2 children beds and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Transmitter in German and English.

Cserszegtomaj. The holiday home is situated on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
