The detached holiday home built in 2010 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. Also due to the view over the lake from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Opposite the golf course Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
