Kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. You have access to the 8 sqm balcony. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on a 375 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
