On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). Heating as required, gas heating. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the living room/bedroom with lounge and doors to all rooms. Living room with corner sofa set with table + TV + dining group with table and 6 chairs. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord only occasionally lives in a separate building on the property. This quiet guesthouse is located near Lake Balaton, just a 5-minute walk from the first small street next to the main road. Although the train station and main road are a 5-10 minute walk away, traffic noise in this area is distant. Parking on the property. Air conditioning Wi-Fi availability!. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking space on the property. The holiday property is located in a cul-de-sac.
