Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 80 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. The entrance leads over a 15 sqm terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. Bathroom with bathtub and 1 washbasin.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed (appropriate only for children). You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The other half of the house is BAL FEN 008 (5 people). Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt am Balaton

Unser Aufenthalt war gut, dass Haus passt von der Beschreibung, es ist ein etwas älteres typisch ungarisch eingerichtetes Haus. Lage war in Ordnung, nur die enge Hofeinfahrt war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ansonsten war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit und wir hatten einen schönes Aufenthalt in Balatonfenyves. Abwicklung mit Reisebüro war auch problemlos.

Nicht wie erwartet 😔

Aufenthalt war gut, da wir dort nur geschlafen haben, Kommunikation vor Ort war etwas schwieriger, da die Dame nur ungarisch sprach. Der Zustand des Hauses lässt zu wünschen übrig, der Standard ist aus 1985 DDR und riecht auch so. WLAN ist nicht vorhanden, was für Teenager eher schwierig ist. Die Lage ist ruhig und das Objekt den Umständen entsprechend sauber. Die angegebenen Bilder scheinen von einem anderen Objekt zu stammen, was sehr schade ist. Ich werde auf jeden Fall bei der nächsten Buchung vorsichtiger sein und mehr Fragen stellen.
