Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 80 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. The entrance leads over a 15 sqm terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed (appropriate only for children). Separate toilet with WC.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on a garden plot with a lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The other half of the house is BAL FEN 009 (5 persons). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
