OCCUPANCY LIMIT 10 is located on the northeast shore of Frye Island with views of Frye's Leap. It is also conveniently located next to the Ferry terminal. 83 feet of sandy frontage and a very level lot. The large, screened porch offers a great spot to enjoy Sebago Lake views. This 3-bedroom 1 bath property sleeps 10 all one level. An open floor plan with a large window in the dining area with water views. Also offering AC, floating raft, canoe, peddle boat, stand-up paddle board, washer/dryer, and an updated bathroom. FYI, THE FERRY IS CASH ONLY.

Great stay

We had a great time at Ferry Tale. The sandy beach was one of the best we have had on Frye Island and the floating dock was a bonus. The air conditioning was a much appreciated additional perk for steamy days. The location was good, super close and convenient to the store and ice cream, although there is a fair amount of boat traffic. Eric was great at communication before and during our stay. Overall, a great waterfront option for our family.

A Ferry Tale come true!

We had a wonderful time staying at Ferry Tale on Frye Island. This was our first time back east and to the island and I must say were were very impressed. Our accommodations surpassed our expectations. The cottage was clean and comfortable. A favorite spot was the covered porch to sip coffee or a cocktail, watch the boats pass on the water, and to read a book. We had plenty of space for our large group. The kids room was perfect for all the kids to bunk together. The spacious master with a king bed was perfect. And even the pullout couch was the most comfortable I had ever slept on! The addition of air conditioning units in the cottage made sleeping very comfortable when it was hot a muggy outside. The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare 3 meals a day. But if you didn't feel like cooking there is a great restaurant next door. The lobster sandwich was divine! There is also a general store, a bar, and a place to grab hand scooped ice cream. We toured the island and played pickle ball, went to the rec center and visited the many public beaches around the island. The cottage does have it's own private beach and we all had fun using the paddle boat, paddle board, and canoe to play in the water. We would definitely rent this place again. It is one of the few places on the island that is on the water with it's own dock and mooring. We had a fabulous time!
