It is also conveniently located next to the Ferry terminal. 83 feet of sandy frontage and a very level lot. The large, screened porch offers a great spot to enjoy Sebago Lake views. This 3-bedroom 1 bath property sleeps 10 all one level. An open floor plan with a large window in the dining area with water views. Also offering AC, floating raft, canoe, peddle boat, stand-up paddle board, washer/dryer, and an updated bathroom. FYI, THE FERRY IS CASH ONLY.
