Cocoonr invites you to discover this pleasant 100 m² house in Pléneuf-Val-André, which can accommodate up to 10 people. Spacious, friendly and equipped with fibre optics.

It comprises an attractive 45 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 1000 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is as follows:

Ground floor
- A 45 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood provided)
- A large corner sofa, convertible into a double bed.
- An open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, pod coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, etc.
- A shower room (PRM) with WC

First floor
- Three beautiful bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- One of the bedrooms has a double sofa-bed for two people
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful terrace with stone furniture and barbecue, ideal for enjoying the fine weather.
- A large 1000 m² garden

The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
In season, there's a free shuttle bus every half-hour from the bottom of the street to the beach.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :
- Independent arrival: you collect the keys directly on site, using a secure key box.
- A personal welcome: you will be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the flat, share their useful tips and give you the keys.

- Pets are welcome. We would simply ask you to leave the accommodation clean (faeces picked up and fur cleaned) to ensure the comfort of future travellers.
