L'appartement est vraiment charmant, avec une âme propre à ce quartier historique de Laval. Bonne literie et équipements complets. Bien entretenu. Bien placé, tout à portée de mains autour de la place : boulangerie, traiteur, bistro et pas très loin, le château et ses jardins. Communication facile et réactive avec la conciergerie. Une bonne adresse.
