Welcome to Saint Hilaire de Riez, on the northern coast of Vendée, the ideal starting point to explore the treasures of Vendée: the islands of Yeu and Noirmoutier, Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, Saint Jean de Monts, Les Sables d’Olonne, or the incomparable Puy du Fou park.
This two-story house and its adjoining studio welcome you in Sion-sur-l'Océan, 400 meters from Sion's main beach, its sailing club, the forest, and the cliff path.
Market on Tuesday and Friday only 50 meters from the house.

This beautiful house, with a private terrace on the ground floor, consists of a living room with TV and sofa, a fully equipped kitchen area, a bathroom, and two bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with two bunk beds; the adjoining studio is equipped with a sofa bed with a real mattress and has its own private shower room.

You will have two independent entrances.

The highlights of this seaside rental: television, washing machine, 20 m² private terrace and balcony, and above all the immediate proximity to Sion-sur-l’Océan.

Bed and bath linen is not provided but can be rented.
