Our darling, sunny, detached & private studio guest house, the NoHouse, is ready for your visit to Los Angeles! The NoHouse is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends. The house is 2 miles from Universal Studios, about an 8 minute drive. We recently had our patio and driveway repaved and a new driveway privacy gate installed.

Spring break getaway

This place is as advertised!!!! Cozy nohouse had everything needed for an inexpensive stay in Burbank close to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely book again without hesitation. The host was upfront about everything and it went so well we never had to contact them. Great place. Thanks for the stay.

Great stay!

This was just the perfect spot for our family for our visit to Universal Studios. Close to the theme park, close to Bob Hope Airport! All of the touches provided by the host were very much appreciated - from the snacks and breakfast items available to the binder full of recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it to others! Thanks for making our stay a great one!

Why they chose this property

Our 400 sq ft vibrant studio guest house, with double French doors, features a queen size bed for two and two couches that pull-out into a full size beds for additional sleeping. We have plenty of extra pillows and blankets stored in the closet.

The full bathroom has towels and washcloths and contains a shower with a tub, which is nice for bath time with littles. There is shampoo, body wash and conditioner in there!

You also have your own private, outdoor patio with seating and a charcoal grill, with charcoal provided. The patio area overlooks the back of some businesses in the alley and is a bit city-like, so we've turned the furniture towards the house for a nicer view. :)

There is a TV with Netflix and wifi (no cable or local channels), a desk, mini fridge, microwave, toaster and Keurig with coffee and tea (with creamers and sugar) provided. We do not provide cutlery or plates, as there is no kitchen and no place to wash dishes. Coffee mugs and to-go cups are provided.

There is street parking just outside the house or there is private parking by the guest house right next to the patio behind a manual rolling driveway gate.

During the warmer months, the room is kept cool with a portable AC unit in the corner of the room. When it's colder, the room is kept toasty with a free-standing heater.
