It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of approx. 545 m². Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and fireplace (wood not provided) and the following equipment: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

First floor
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (120x190) and a double sofa bed
- Bathroom with bath and WC
- Separate WC

Second floor
- Bedroom 2 : with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4 : with a single bunk bed, ideal for children

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, baby high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 8 metres x 4 metres, 1.5 metres deep. Open from 15 April to 15 October.
- A beautiful private enclosed garden of 545 m² with terrace, facing south-east, equipped with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Ferrières-Poussarou, in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park, in very pleasant, leafy surroundings. It offers the ideal setting for a peaceful stay.

The nearest shops are in Saint-Chinian (10-12 min by car).

Activities :
- Hiking and Nature: you are in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc regional nature park. Numerous footpaths leave directly from the house to discover the wild landscapes of the Espinouse.
- Gastronomy and local produce: 10 km away, the village of Saint-Chinian awaits you with its famous market (Thursdays and Sundays) and its wine estates for tastings of famous vintages.
- Swimming and water sports: Canoeing at Tarassac (on the Orb) is a must. For a more leisurely swim, the gorges d'Héric (around 35km away) offer magnificent natural pools.
- Heritage: don't miss a visit to Fontcaude Abbey or the medieval village of Olargues, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Béziers train station (nearest): about 40 minutes (35 km). It serves the TGV lines to Paris, Lyon and Spain.
- Bédarieux station: about 35 minutes (30 km), for regional services (TER).
- Béziers Cap d'Agde airport: about 50 minutes (50 km). Direct flights from several European cities (mainly via Ryanair).
- Montpellier Méditerranée airport: around 1 hour 20 minutes (115 km) for a wider choice of international destinations.

- Free WiFi available (fibre optic).
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided (first flambé free of charge).
