‣ Damage Protection Every stay is protected through our partnership with Truví, which includes automated screening and damage coverage — no action needed on your part. We ask all guests to treat the space with care; any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged back through this program.
‣ Rental agreement A brief rental agreement confirms you've reviewed our house rules and terms, helping ensure all stays are safe, respectful, and covered. This must be completed before your check-in instructions and door code are released.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT · We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to our cleaning schedule, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours' notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren't always possible. If the suite is ready sooner, we'll let you know!
LOST ITEMS · We are not responsible for items left behind. If you think you've forgotten something, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help. A retrieval or shipping fee may apply.
MAIL & PACKAGES · Please do not use the property address for mail or package deliveries. We are not responsible for any items received at the property during or after your stay.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS · We do our best to ensure everything is in working order before your arrival. If something comes up during your stay, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly.
ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE · There is a small nightly fee for each guest beyond 2. This helps cover extra supplies, cleaning, and general wear. If you're booking for more than 2 guests, this fee is already reflected in your nightly rate — no extra charges will be added after booking. · All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) for a total of 11%.
CANCELLATIONS ‣ We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or travel disruptions.
GUEST SCREENING · Profiles under 4 stars cannot use instant booking and may be cancelled if auto-approved. New profiles without reviews are manually reviewed and may require additional screening before confirmation.
EXTERIOR CAMERAS · Please note there are exterior security cameras on both the front and back of the suite that record to the cloud 24/7 for the safety of our property and neighbourhood.
LIABILITY, VIOLATIONS & LEGAL NOTES ‣ Guests are responsible for their group. The property owner and/or management company is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage. Please report any damage promptly and return all provided items to avoid additional charges. Legal action may be taken for chargebacks or unpaid damages, including recovery of legal fees. Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination and removal without refund. Please remember you're staying in our home, not a hotel, treat it with care and respect.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Leave all used bath towels on the bathroom floor.
- Place TV remotes back where they belong.
- Close any windows (if opened)
- If you bring a pet, please clean up all droppings in the front and back yard before check-out. A $75 yard cleaning fee will apply if any waste is left behind.
- Bag all the garbage and make sure to double-tie all bags.
- Do a final walk-thru to check for personal belongings. Please send us a quick message when head out so we can alert our cleaners.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- No smoking of any kind. Penalty: $500 + tax fee
- Unregistered guests will be charged a $40 fee/person.
- Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 7AM.
- Extra cleaning fees apply if home is left messy
- Late check-out: 30 mins=$50; 2+hrs=$149 (do not grant an add'l. stay)

Super cozy place to stay weather you are in town for work or on a little vacation. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee and all. And on top of everything even had AC for the hot summer days.
Very comfortable sleep. Bed was very cozy. Decor is nice. Everything in decent shape. Quiet neighborhood. Checking in/out was a breeze. Our little dog was cozy and had a nice lil yard to do her thing. Price was excellent. Would stay here again. A
This property was very clean and in a great location with most stores within a 10min walk! Michael and Katrina were great hosts and responded quickly to any inquires we had! The fully stocked kitchen and laundry are a great bonus for long term stays.
This apartment is in a great location, easy to get to and close to where we were visiting. Clean, well stocked, and the hosts were very responsive when we had questions.
