Milk frother and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower / toilet and washing machine. Large, lower furnished terrace with partial sea view and upper terrace with a wonderful view of the Atlantic. Seating and loungers with cushions. Satellite TV with almost all German channels. Occupancy: with 3 people (4th person on request).
Down payment 25% after confirmation. Balance payment on arrival or 1 week before arrival by bank transfer.

Great property in a superb location

Cosy property in quiet complex. Property had all you need for a relaxing self-catering stay. Really appreciated the sun loungers and the option of extending the sun canopy for shade in the middle of the day. Pool is a real bonus-just outside the door and is excellent- clean and well maintained. Communication was excellent. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.

The property is tired. The kitchen facilities are really poor. No oven not even a table top one, or air fried to compensate even not even a microwave! This is really poor. Bedding old towels minimum amount! No air on either which when you’re paying a thousand euro a week is all expected I think! Property also over run with ants I bought 3 cans spray whilst there and still not enough.Will not recommend this property to anyone

300 Schritte zum Meer

Reihenhaus direkt am Pool ,beides sauber u gepflegt. H.Ackermann sehr hilfsbereit bei einchecken u kleinem Problemen.An der Promenade zahlreiche Lokalitäten und Einkaufszentrum leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen.Außerhalb der Anlage ist Playa Honda sehr dicht besiedelt und der Flughafen nur 5 min. mit dem Auto entfernt.In der Anlage sind die Flugzeuge allerdings nicht störend.Rundum: 4 Wochen erholsamer u gelungener Urlaub.Wir kommen wieder ! ?

Superschönes Appartement aber Fluglärm

Tolle Ausstattung, im Appartement fehlte es an nicht. Sehr gepflegte Anlage, sehr gepflegter Pool. Das einzig wirklich störende Manko ist der Fluglärm beim Starten der Maschinen. In der Beschreibung wird das Gegenteil behauptet.

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage abseits vom Trubel

Schon zum dritten Mal waren wir jetzt in Playa Honda auf Lanzarote. Wir sind jedes mal sehr zufrieden mit dem problemlosen Check-In und Check-Out. Die Verwalter sind sehr nett und bei Problemen schnell erreichbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist für uns Perfekt: Strand und Pool direkt vor der Haustüre und für eine schnelle Abkühlung wunderbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und auf der Uferpromenade gibt es eine Vielzahl schöner Lokale die vorwiegend von Einheimischen besucht werden. Die Wohnanlage ist keine ausschließliche Ferienanlage. Hier leben auch dauerhaft Deutsche, Engländer und Spanier. Playa Honda liegt in Flughafennähe dadurch hört man tagsüber Flugzeuge starten. Allerdings ist die Lärmpegel nicht so hoch. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet . Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt und die Nähe zu Strand und Lokalitäten ist top!

Schönes Feriendomizil

Gut ausgestattetes - auch in der Küche - Reihenhäuschen mit teilweisem Meeresblick. Betten okay, aber für Empfindliche etwas hart. Gepflegte Anlage mit schönen Pflanzenrabatten, nur wenige Schritte zur Promenade und zum Strand. Sauberer Pool mit Liegemöglichkeiten. Zentrale Lage für Ausflüge (Mietauto empfehlenswert), viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Kein Touristenrummel wie in Puerto del Carmen, Costa Teguise und in Playa Blanca. Die Flugzeuge des nahe gelegenen Flughafens hört man morgens ab ca. 7 Uhr, dies ist aber nicht wirklich störend. Ansonsten ist die Anlage sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter lebt vor Ort, kann Tipps geben und kümmert sich umgehend, wenn Probleme auftauchen. Zu den Kosten von Fewo kommen Kosten für die Endreinigung hinzu.

Gemütliches Feriendomizil

Herzlicher Empfang durch den Gastgeber. Saubere und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick aufs Meer in gepflegter Anlage. Bei Fragen oder Problemen waren die Vermieter stets sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Schöne und verkehrsfreie Meerpromenade und friedlicher und sauberer Strand. Alles in allem entspannende Ferien abseits vom Touristentrubel.

Erholung pur in Casa Palme

Wir haben uns in der Casa Palme sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren zum ersten aber nicht zum letzten Mal da. Der Bungalow entspricht unseren Wünschen und dem was er verspricht. Für zwei Personen ist er optimal. Die Einrichtung ist gut und zweckmässig. Die Wohnung ist sauber und auch einfach sauber zu halten. Casa Palme liegt in einer typisch spanischen Wohnsiedlung, in der viele Häuser von den Eigentümern bewohnt sind. Es ist keine reine Ferienanlage. Die Leute sind freundlich und zugänglich. Im Gegensatz etwa zu Puerto del Carmen oder Costa Teguise, welche bei uns hauptsächlich den Eindruck reiner Touristenorte hinterliessen, leben in Playa Honda mehrheitlich Einheimische und die Atmosphäre ist viel ruhiger. Dafür hat man etwas Fluglärm, mit geringem Verkehrsvolumen unter der Woche und etwas mehr an Wochenenden. Gefallen hat uns, dass das Meer nur zwei drei Minuten entfernt ist. Aber auch der Pool lädt zum Baden und Verweilen ein. Die kilometerlange Promenade dem Meer entlang lädt zum Spazieren, Walken oder Fahrradfahren ein. Geht man daran entlang trifft man auf verschiedene nette und empfehlenswerte Restaurants. Der Vermieter Herr Oberdieck ist unkompliziert, erreichbar, hilfsbereit u.a. mit Tipps & Ratschlägen zu alltäglichen Fragen, Ausflügen, Verpflegung usw. In der Wohnung findet sich eine ausführliche Dokumentation.

Casa Palme

Wir waren total begeistert von unserem Feriendomizil. Es war auf uns abgestimmt. Die Einrichtung des Hauses war perfekt für uns. Es war sehr gut,zweckmässig und sauber. Die ganze Anlage war sehr angenehm. Wir hoffen,dass wir wieder willkommen sind,und möchten uns noch ganz herzlich bedanken.
