Inside, the space has been designed to combine comfort and functionality. From the entrance, you will discover a cozy and spacious living room bathed in light, equipped with a television and a double sofa bed (140x190). On your right, a lovely independent and modern kitchen awaits you, fully equipped (induction hobs and all the necessary equipment) to prepare your local specialties. In the extension, you will find a functional bathroom with integrated shower and toilet.



Night side: To optimize space, a second sleeping area is located in the mezzanine with a double bed (140x190).



Attention: access to the mezzanine is via a miller's staircase, which requires a certain vigilance.



The location is simply privileged: you are only 500 meters from the famous Nau beach! In the immediate vicinity of shops and the marina, you enjoy the sweetness of life in Le Pouliguen while quickly accessing the animation of the Bay of La Baule.
