There are two full bathrooms, both of which feature shower/tub combos with fixed grab bars and are stocked with plush towels and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and body wash.
This home is completely wheelchair accessible featuring an easy-access ramp to the side-door and hand-rails in all bathrooms near the toilet/showers.

The full kitchen has everything you’ll need to whip up tasty home-cooked meals, including spacious granite countertops, modern appliances, plenty of cookware, and high-quality knives and utensils. Guests will have private access to the entire home for the duration of their stay. Please note that we have another tenant who lives here and has access to the back patio, but it is highly unlikely you will see or notice them.
Our property has wonderful tenants in the basement apartment that are a family. They have a dog and a cat. Please note that you may occasionally hear the small dog bark from time to time. They also have their own separate entrance on the other side of the home.
Free parking is available in the garage and driveway for multiple vehicles. We ask guests to be respectful of the tenants and keep the noise down during quiet hours.
