You and yours will have plenty of space to spread out across this expansive property. There are three lovely bedrooms with queen beds, high-quality bedding, and large dressers in which you can unpack your belongings and feel at home. You’ll find extra sleeping space for additional guests on the living room’s comfy leather futon - great for one adult or two kids.

There are two full bathrooms, both of which feature shower/tub combos with fixed grab bars and are stocked with plush towels and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and body wash.

This home is completely wheelchair accessible featuring an easy-access ramp to the side-door and hand-rails in all bathrooms near the toilet/showers.

The full kitchen has everything you’ll need to whip up tasty home-cooked meals, including spacious granite countertops, modern appliances, plenty of cookware, and high-quality knives and utensils. There is a large dining table with seating for six, plus a designated workspace for anyone who needs to catch up on emails or other work while away. Wake up and smell the fresh coffee! We provide a fully-stocked coffee bar with beans, filters, sweeteners, and a small selection of teas.

The spacious living room area is located just across the way from the kitchen. When the weather is too cold to enjoy the outdoor space, the living room is the perfect place to relax. There’s plenty of seating for the whole group with two leather sofas and two chairs. Gather around the electric fireplace and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or enjoy a family game night thanks to our collection of board games.

The large backyard is likely where you’ll spend much of your time. This is outdoor living at its best, with a lovely brick patio featuring a fire pit, a grill, and plenty of comfy spots to relax (including a hammock). The string lights provide a warm, cozy ambiance for evening cocktails or meals, and the large apple tree provides shade on hot summer days. Feel free to pick and enjoy the fruit when apple season arrives!

In addition to the private outdoor space, you will also have access to the Apex Community Center, located about a two-minute walk from the house. The community center includes an outdoor pool and splash pad, sun loungers, a children's playground, and a gym. Enjoy!

Guests will have private access to the entire home for the duration of their stay. Please note that we have another tenant who lives here and has access to the back patio, but it is highly unlikely you will see or notice them.

Our property has wonderful tenants in the basement apartment that are a family. They have a dog and a cat. Please note that you may occasionally hear the small dog bark from time to time. They also have their own separate entrance on the other side of the home.

Free parking is available in the garage and driveway for multiple vehicles. We ask guests to be respectful of the tenants and keep the noise down during quiet hours.

Great house for a vacation
The house was in a quite neighborhood. We enjoyed seeing the Halloween decorations that were displayed in the neighborhood. The size was perfect for the 4 of us (2 in master bed room, and 1 in each of the other 2 bedrooms. The patio has a great seating area. And, the garage is great to give you peace of mind to park your car. Note....There are tenants that live in the downstairs area. This caught us off guard. But, I was informed that this was noted in the description of the house.

It was interesting to see all the rules posted ALL around the house..i get it, some of the renters have not been as respectful of the property as they should have. That being said, the house should have been cleaner (dusty and bathrooms dirty), for people who are sensitive to strong scents, way TOO many plug ins, and the description of the backyard should include all the rotten apples on the ground with bees and lawn furniture that was covered. In addition, the dog who lived on the premises was quite the talker during the designated quiet time. I have 2 dogs at home and am grateful that they are not so noisy at 5:30 am. On a thankful note, our hostess responded quickly when we needed more info on operating the TV and ice maker.
