Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 24 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. We look forward to welcoming you.

The accommodation comprises
- A 24 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Port-Vendres, in a pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public car park at Place Bélieu (free) or Place de l'Obélisque (paying) near the flat.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Port-Vendres, about 1 km away (12 minutes on foot)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes, about 40 km away (1 hour by car)

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances and shower after use.
