Marriott's Desert Springs Villa 1.

We have owned this property since 1991. Still a top favorite of ours. Lockout bedroom feature for guests and family. I can request upstairs/downstairs units, mountain or golf course views. Close to pools or not, close to tennis courts, Marriott Desert Springs Hotel and golf course pro shop .
Two outstanding 18 hole gold courses on property. Outstanding pool areas for quite and/or social activities.
Outside activities are many. Biking, hiking, Living Desert tours, Tram ride to top of Mountain, shopping on El Paseo Drive and great restaurants through the area.

Brenda and I bought our first timeshare in Palm Desert in 1991.
We are both retired and love to travel.
We have missed one year of use only because we traded that week for a week in Kauai, Hawaii at the Marriott Waiohai Beach Resort. Premier location.
Grand kids grew up going to the desert. Golf experience is outstanding.
We go to the resort on Brenda’s birthday every year in November.

Why they chose this property

We purchased property at resorts we would go to every year. Coachella Valley is two hours from home.
Two to three weeks in Kauai.
A week in Carlsbad, CA. On the beach .
Park City, Utah in October to see the Ute’s play football.
Oceans, mountains and desert. We enjoy them all.
