Large common room with comfortable sitting area, fireplace, pull-out couch, and a kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave). Master bedroom with king bed, jacuzzi tub, and shower. Guest bedroom with king bed, pull-out couch, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and private entrance. Washer and dryer. On-site facilities: recreational center, indoor/outdoor pool, 3 hot tubs, workout center, outdoor BBQ, outdoor firepits, shuffleboard, and on-site convenience store.

I grew up in Salt Lake City but now live out of the area. My extended family and I have been enjoying this timeshare property for over 2 decades. A perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. We are unable to use the property this year. Hoping to find a family or group that can enjoy it.
Why they chose this property
The Marriott Park City Summit Watch resort makes vacationing easy! The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. The Marriott recreational center and pool/hot tub area are clean and inviting. A large indoor/outdoor pool with 4 hot tubs are a great way to relax. Main street is an easy 5 minute walk to shopping, restaurants, coffee, bars, and art galleries. The Town chairlift is steps away with rides into the mountains for hiking and skiing. We've been vacationing here for decades and absolutely love it.
