Great beach get away

Exactly what I needed for this summer. A beautiful place to relax with great facilities and proximity to the beach. The owners were communicative and very helpful. The house was lovely and you could be in the heart of Manhattan direct in under an hour! I would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for letting us stay.

Idyllic beach house in the “City by the Sea “

The House has everything you need to make it the perfect beach home. Immaculate home with a beautiful beach theme interior - outside had all the amenities one would expect for a summer home. We loved the Pizza oven and had a great evening entertaining family. Owner made sure we had beach passes chairs and games to keep the kids entertained

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The owners were very friendly and answered any questions we had very quickly. Very easy to get in touch with. The house was very vacation friendly and built for fun and relaxation. The inside is well appointed and equipped. Cool beach style as well. Bedrooms and beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything you would need, the laundry was very handy. The backyard is really awesome. The Bbq island was a great place to chill when our friends and family visited. There is a game room with foosball, old school Nintendo and SEGA systems, huge Connect Four, and a bunch of other fun stuff. There is also a fire pit, though we only used it once since it was so hot out. House is very close to Neptune Beach, maybe a 5 minute walk, which also happens to be the beginning of the boardwalk. Close to restaurants in town and a quick bike ride to the West End.

Fabulous family vacation minutes from the beach

The owners have thought of everything when it comes to great summer living! We especially loved the proximity to the beach, and enjoying homemade pizzas from the outdoor pizza oven. Conrad was responsive and attentive to all our needs. Looking forward to our next stay!
