Imagine waking up to a beautiful sunrise, relaxing as you enjoy your morning coffee. Unwinding at night to a stunning moonlight, shining over the waves. Here, at Casa del Mar, you don’t have to imagine! Casa del Mar features amazing ocean views from almost every room! The downstairs is private in its own, providing a full bathroom, entry to the beach, covered patio, living area, kitchenette and two full beds. The second floor features an open floor plan with large windows that offers Atlantic Ocean views that can’t be beat! Beautiful huge patio, perfect for morning yoga under the wonderful sunrise above the ocean, dining, whale watching, or spending the days watching the waves crash to the beach. Includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining with ocean view, master bedroom with walk in closet and west patio access, guest room with trundle featuring two twins, walk-in closet and access to patio. The second bathroom upstairs features a full bathroom, washer and dryer. This house easily sleeps 6 people and is highly preferred by both families with children and adults preferring a quiet place to stay in this Florida's best kept secret beach.

Please note this home does not feature an elevator, there is appx 12 steps from first level to second. BBQ grill is gas however we do not provide propane. Ample parking space for cars. Level 1 Outlet available for charging electric cars outside. This house has Ring outdoor cameras for enhanced guests safety. No parties or events allowed.

We are adhering to all DBPR sanitation guidelines already in place as addressed under the Florida Administrative Code Rule 61C-3.001 Sanitation and Safety Requirements.

Fantastic Accommodations & area!

This was a perfect spot from the eating to the sleeping to going to the beach! The communication and responses with the owner was quick and timely. He was super accommodating and we would absolutely rent here again. It was a short travel to Daytona Beach for our functions we had there.

Great place

Great beach access house is clean and up to date. It was a really nice trip for our family. There was six of us and we all had our own space. Kitchen was stocked well for cooking. Bernie was prompt with any questions I had. I would stay there again!

Second stay, will be back!

This was our second stay here and it was just as wonderful as the first one. Great house in a great location. Pretty much had a private beach all week but still had restaurants and conveniences close by. The host Bernie was quick to respond to my texts and was very accommodating when I had guests visiting. This will always be my go to place when visiting the area. Thank you Bernie for sharing your place with us!

Wonderful Oceanside Retreat

Property was exactly as described. Morning views from the top deck were wonderful. Easy access to the beach. Kitchen stocked for simple cooking. Cleanliness is a top concern of mine and this place was spotless! Linen was very clean. The bathrooms, kitchen, and floors were all thoroughly clean. Location was very safe and quiet. Easy walk to a few good restaurants and short drive to town. Would love to visit again!

Perfect beach house!

We had the chance to stay for a full month at this house with our little family and it was simply amazing. The beach right across the street really made it the ideal vacation rental for us. The view from the house and terrace is just unbelievable! The house had everything we needed (including a high chair and crib for our young one). It was our first time in Flagler Beach and we really fell in love with the area. Bernie was the ideal host and was extremely quick to respond to questions throughout our stay. We will definitely come back!

Family birthday

This place was absolutely stunning. I booked this place for my mother’s birthday. The view you can not beat! The owner was very quick to reply to any and all questions and was very accommodating with check in, which was very easy. Plenty of room for 4 vehicles to park and space for 5 adults! I enjoyed having the entire place downstairs with my partner as the rest of the family was upstairs. Very short drive to restaurants and bars (you could walk if you prefer to do the mile and a half). The best part was experiencing the space rocket on the beach that coincidentally was scheduled to take off while we were there! Truly an amazing place for an awesome price! We will definitely book again!

Perfect!!

This house was perfect. It was very well stocked with everything you would need from kitchen appliances to plenty of bath and beach towels. The cleanliness of the house was perfection and we did not have a single issue with anything. The location is safe and community is very friendly. The porch and balcony facing the ocean were very nice and relaxing. Check in and out processes were simple. I highly recommend this house. Two thumbs up.

Nightmare stay

Very creepy place to stay. The host stays on property and walks around all day watching you. Also many cameras on property. They want you to park in a certiwn spot in drive way or they will ask you to move. You can’t have any extra guest visit or they will complain. The beds were so hard if I didn’t have back problems I probably do now. The pictures of the place look good but all the work was done by the home owner or a handy man. Definitely was the worst experience of my life. We even left a day early.

Richard, it gives us no pleasure to say you were the first person to be asked to vacate the property prematurely because of your total disregard for city regulations, house rules, polite requests, and rude and dishonest comments. You brought in 4 adults more than quoted in reservation, exceeding our city dwelling and insurance permits,lying and falsifying it, parked car halfway on road blocking first responder, emergency vehicles and jeopardizing safety of folks on golfcarts on busy St Patrick’s day and ignored polite requests to move it, parked another car blocking entrance door of adjacent building and ignored requests again and dishonestly harassing our personnel to be creepy for these polite requests. Cameras are located only on the parking spots and are purely for safety of the property..given the number of guests you had, may be your back hurts due to poor sleeping arrangements?

Beautiful house! Clean and so much space!

The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious! Lots of dishes and bath towels and even some beach toys. Check in was smooth and we were given a page with clear and easy instructions, as well as some restaurant and activity suggestions. Close to both Daytona and St Augustine to give plenty of sight seeing and activity options. Our only complaint is that we were not made aware that the beach access directly across from the house was closed due to the hurricane. While we absolutely understand the hurricane and all damage and changes from it are out of the control of the owner, it would have been nice to have the warning that we would have to seek beach access elsewhere. Other than that, the stay was great! We were still able to get on the beach. We had plenty of stuff to do, great restaurants around, and stores to shop in. We have recommended the house already to friends.

With regards to beach access it actually remained the day before you checked in (as a matter of fact we & our neighbors watched rocket launch from it). Iam not sure when the city closed it - the day you checked in or the day after. The city did not post any provide any information to us (I understand they are overwhelmed with the damages) and therefore we couldnt inform you either. We truly apologize for the inconvenience. That said the next beach access down south (just four houses away, 2 mins walk) is still open and our guests can use it. Perfect house in a perfect beach town!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Flagler Beach and our stay in this beautiful house right on A1A! The house is tastefully decorated and well stocked with comfortable beds. We loved the balcony and seating options while we ate and listened to the sounds of the ocean. Bernie was so easy to work with and checked in with us to ensure all was well. Amazing views

Great location, just breath taking views and we saw dolphins everyday of our stay from the top balcony. The only thing that We didnt like was that the landscape needed to be done, we couldnt use the front yard due to it being full of weeds that cause you to itch as soon as it touches skin. Other than that great place!! Pantry items stocked, confortable beds, great shower in master, and views that I just cant get over. Definetly reccomend this rental.
