EVERYONE SHOULD STAY HERE! WeLOVED everything about our stay! The rooms were exactly as pictured, the views were AMAZING from every window! It was so nice not to be bothered everyday with housekeeping because we had everything we needed. Communication was very timely. We made our own meals, everything we needed for cooking was there. The facilities were so clean, everything maintained, great indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzis were very nice! I want to stay here every trip! Highly recommend the Meridian Plaza!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The view was breathtaking. Little touches added to the experience. The condo was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Like all beach vacation rentals room 1004 the furniture shows signs of wear. Expect it due to high traffic and salt in the air. Balcony has absolutely zero privacy and is only about 3 foot deep. You are basically vacationing with everyone in the building. Pools are tiny but who cares when you have the ocean. Bring ear plugs and white noise because insulation is a minimum and the bed squeaks any move you make. Not uncomfortable however just way noisy. Bedroom has no door so guests sleeping on the sofa bed will hear you. Exhaust fan in bathroom totally inop as is it’s light. These to me are all small negatives when you have such a well supplied rental. We brought beach chairs, umbrellas etc no need all supplied with boogie boards. Kitchen is stocked with spices utensils dishes and all. Furniture is comfy and the electric fireplace is nice even in summer because heat can be turned off. The room was clean had amazing AC. Nice TVs if needed with lots of channels and on demand. Stellar views. No foul smells or anything. Day of we had 2 questions that never were answered. No one cares if parking passes are out of date btw. Staff all super nice. Enjoy but don’t be too bougie!

I contacted to let them know 3 bulbs were out in the bathroom, no one came to fix it. The drain in the tub was very slow. No oven in condo. The pool only went to 5ft and the indoor one was nasty and the indoor hot tub wasn’t working most of the time. There was gaps on the bottom of the door where bugs and heat could come in, you could see daylight clearly, I had to put a towel to block. There was a nasty dirty mop bucket and mop in the closet in the bedroom. Very out dated
