Location was perfect. Check in and out was really easy. The extra amenities were awesome. Cabin was ok. We're used to being more secluded. We could hear everyone talking outside. Cabin was mostly clean. Some pet hair on the floors and vents. Bare minimum to cook and eat with. Towels smelt sour. Overall ok.

Clean, plenty of room, everything you need for a long weekend. Friendly staff and many activities for the kids to do on the grounds. My kids LOVED the jump thing. Would recommend to family and friends!!!Only suggestion is to replace towels because they smelled like mildew, but they still did the job.

We had a great stay at Hiltop and looking to come back in the summer time with the family, i loved that checking in/out was so easy and bonus the, aloud pets and my sweet pup enjoyed her first camping trip! The cabin was fully stocked with everything you need which was great and was peaceful!

We found bugs in our cabin which scare my granddaughter. The manager was not willing to work with us for a refund.

I am sorry you were not happy about your stay with us. You found 1 bug in your cabin. Housekeeping went down and did not find anything. There was no infection or anything. We are located in a wooded area, and bugs can and will occasionally enter the cabins.
