Find all you need to create your favorite recipes in the pristine kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances, sleek countertops, and an island that is perfect for meal prep. A large patio is appointed with alfresco dining and a gas firepit - and complete with ocean views! This floor also has a bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs, the covered patio features a gas grill. You will also find a bedroom, a bathroom, and a laundry room. The third floor is home to three well-furnished guest bedrooms, each of which has an en suite full bathroom. Added perks of this snowbird-friendly getaway include free WiFi, cable, central AC, and an outdoor shower.

The condo was nice. The only issue we had was that the shades on the first floor were old and did not work very well. And the sliding doors were very difficult to move. These were the doors going out to the patio on the main floor. We have stayed in Sound Villas before and love the location. The rockers and the outside porch were enjoyed daily/nightly. Also we like the firepit.

Best place on the beach!

Our family has been vacationing on Hilton Head for 30 plus years now and this was our best place yet! The unit is beautifully decorated and up to date. All areas were immaculately clean and the layout of rooms was just perfect and allowed for privacy and togetherness. We couldn’t figure out how to operate the stove top correctly but that was probably user error. The location and beach access was perfect. Even saw dolphins daily. Just can’t think of enough good things to say about this place and we will be staying here for our future vacations!

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Amenities

We arrived on a Thursday and the weather was terrible. They owner was so gracious and allowed us an additional night at no charge since the weather was clearing up on our original departure day. The house is gorgeously furnished, was spotless upon arrival and felt literally like a home away from home. Will certainly stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Spring Vacation @ Hilton Head

Our overall experience was very good, booking and payment process was very easy. Checking into the Villa was simple, the Villa was as described, and had everything we needed for our vacation. The Villa was for the most part very clean, a few dust bunnies in a couple corners and under a couple of beds. The pool on the other hand was not well maintained and needed to be cleaned. Would definitely consider booking again. I gave a 5 for communication with property manager, even though we never actually communicated, all other communications between VRBO & VACASA were great and prompt.

The management company, Vacasa, negatively impacted our experience at what is otherwise a beautiful property. They misrepresented the home’s accessibility, which made the stay extremely difficult for our family and prevented my disabled mother from enjoying much of the trip. This misrepresentation meant my parents missed out on key parts of the vacation we had planned together.To make matters worse, Vacasa repeatedly gave us incorrect pool access codes and only resolved the issue after contacting the property owners directly. While they eventually offered a small refund (around 5% of the total cost) for the accessibility misrepresentation, it does not come close to making up for the lost time, stress, and exclusion caused by their lack of transparency and responsiveness.

Amazing home with stunning views!

We love the open floor plan of this 5 bedroom home. Has two living areas which was great for our family. The views off the deck of the sunset on the Sound were spectacular. Home is well stocked and very cozy. Will definitely rent again!
