Immaculate condo

This is the cleanest place I have ever booked on VRBO. The views were amazing from every room. The kitchen was stocked. I usually have to check into a place and run to the store to get what I need. There was no need to get anything at this place. The laundry room was even stocked. Host communicated everything perfectly.

We have always enjoyed this ritz Carlton residence. It’s truly a gem. This condo was well stocked, spacious, and clean! The owner was wonderful and accommodating. Perfect for our little ones and grandparents as well. We will be returning soon!

Truly a Dream

The views from both patios were breathtaking, the kitchen was incredible and made creating family dinners so much fun. I was able to enjoy the master suite, but it was so large and gorgeous that I actually got lonely a few times ha ha. The entire place was DREAMY. Perfect vacation, thank you for sharing your home with my children (young adult children) and myself.

Top flight host and an incredible property

We got lucky when we stumbled upon this property and found it just as the pictures depicted if not even better. Beautiful view, from the 10th floor, with super nice finishes inside, views of sunrise and sunset. Hated to leave but will be back. Ritz property but the owner made the experience amazing from welcome gift to responding to any questions. 5 plus stars

We have been renting at the Ritz Residences, Singer Island for over seven years. We have experienced different floors, different views, floor plans and interiors. This particular property is exceptional. Design, views and superior luxury. Our host, Faina, was beyond approachable and responsive and a pleasure to work with. Gorgeous property and experience!

The residence was phenomenal! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Faina was so communicative about things to do, restaurants, etc. The condo was very clean, well-kept, and spacious. The view was top-notch. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time and making wonderful memories! The property has an amazing private beach, chairs were very easy to get. There was great service at the pool and beach, both! The grill room had great lunch and drink options. The infinity pool had a beautiful view of the beach and was our personal favorite. We also loved that it was only a 15 minute drive to so much to do! ~Royal Poinciana Plaza, the Breakers, Garden Mall, and Jupiter to the north! Great location for sight-seeing! We so much loved our stay and cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience!

A truly amazing Apartment you can’t ask for anything better. The apartment is extremely clean and organized. Has everything that you could possibly need to make a meal. Perfect Unit. Perfect Host. Perfect Stay.

Our stay with 3 generations of extended family at the “Luxurious Oceanfront Ritz Carlton Residence on Singer Island with Private Beach” for Thanksgiving week was perfect. The pool and beach are beautiful and easy to access. The staff are all welcoming, kind and very helpful. The unit has amazing views. The living room and kitchen overlook the ocean and the second bedroom and den share a balcony with views of the intercoastal. The unit is very spacious, tastefully decorated with gracious furnishings, and extremely well-equipped. The host is incredibly thoughtful, easy to contact and very responsive to questions and requests. She has thought of everything guests might want or need during their stay. Our family had an amazing time and we look forward to returning soon.

Simply spectacular!!!

Everything about our stay perfect!! Faina, the property manager was delightful and very attentive. From the moment you walk in the apartment is perfect, immaculate and with stunning view of the beach There’s absolutely nothing negative about the apartment and we will definitely stay again. Also, the staff at the apartment complexe is extremely friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for no hassle rental, this is it!!! The beach and the pool are Perfect.

Our stay was exceptional! It’s enough that the property itself is so obviously well-maintained, clean and has a kitchen stocked with every appliance you can think of. This property offers the best of everything. Gorgeous condo, perfect ocean view, great location and the service at the Ritz is second to none.
The views are breathtaking. The condo cuts through the building allowing for the most amazing views of the ocean and intracoastal.
Private beach, two pools with attending to set up chairs and umbrellas.
Chef kitchen with stainless appliances, subzero refrigerator, Bosch oven, bright dining room to enjoy all those home cooked meals or simply enjoy dinner at the restaurants next door.
Full time concierge to help with any activity planning you might need.
This is my second oceanfront property and this one checks off all the boxes.

First and foremost I am only a few minutes away if needed. I personally check the condo prior to everyone's arrival and make sure everything is the way I would have wanted to greet me if I was vacationing here.
Pool attendants, with restaurant service by the pool and a private beach with attendant and chairs and umbrellas for guests' use.
The concierge on premises can be relied on for activities, restaurants and general information making this a bespoke experience for all our guests.
