Coastal Waves Escape, Edgewater 708T2 is beachfront in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida is a stunning two bedroom, two bathroom property that sleeps up to 6 in the gated Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. Overlooking the white sandy beaches and beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico this condo is sure to please. Coastal Waves Escape is great for families, it has an open floor plan great room with an amazing view of the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with full size appliances, cooking utensils, pots & pans, dinnerware, flatware and high end counter tops & cabinetry. The great room has a queen size sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV, and free high speed wireless internet. The Coral Reef main bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom with a large soaking tub. The Blue Sails second bedroom offers a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, closet and direct access to the second bathroom. The second bathroom is adjacent to the Blue Sails bedroom and has a tub-shower combo with single vanity, and fluffy white towels. Enjoy your time relaxing on the balcony overlooking the heated pool and hot tub, while listening to the relaxing sounds of waves from the Gulf of Mexico.

A 2-3 night minimum stay is required except for the Summer Season-Memorial Day through the First Weekend of August when there is 7 night minimum with check in on Saturday, check out the following Saturday. Minimum rental age is 25. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside the condo, please.

The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Pots and pans, dishes, flatware, drink ware, etc. are included with the rental. Best of all, you have an amazing view of the beach while you are on "kitchen duty." The stackable washer and dryer are located in the kitchen pantry closet. An iron and ironing board are included in case you need to spruce up your outfits before you go out for the evening!

The Coral Reef Main Suite has a luxurious king-sized bed with a private en-suite bathroom. You'll love the beautiful coastal vibe and the luxury high thread count sheets, fluffy pillows and soft thirsty towels. It's like sleeping on a cloud. This suite has a large TV with Roku, too. Step into the dressing area with double sinks, high end cabinetry and marble counter tops. There's a large closet for storage, too. The soaking tub-shower combo and toilet are in a separate space for privacy. This main bathroom is a relaxing oasis.

The Blue Sails second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with adjoining bath that is shared with the great room. The second bathroom has a tub-shower combo, updated cabinetry and marble counter top. The bedroom has its own TV with Roku, too. Luxury linens are provided with your rental. So relaxing!

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. There are plenty of pool lounges for relaxing by the pool. For an additional charge, you can rent a Select Pool Lounge Set or a poolside Cabana with all the luxury amenities. The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.

On-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grill beachfront restaurant that offers Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, poolside dining, pizza shop, poolside bar and Edgie's Corner Market with Starbucks and ice cream (small shops are seasonal).
