We really enjoyed our stay at Edgewater! The condo was a bit smaller than we expected for the price, but we made it work. My only complaint was there was only 1 chair on the balcony. Other than that, everything was to our liking. It was clean upon check in. The pool area was very nice. The staff at the gate were always very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

We had an great time at this resort plus it had an amazing oceanfront view. The host responded back very fast with any questions I had plus the condo was very clean. I will definitely be booking this condo again in the future.

Our condo had a few issues but was addressed very Quickly and both house cleaning and maintenance did a great job fixing the issues. The he view is amazing the pools are very warm and clean and the entertainment is good.

Good location, nice view, lots of cockroaches, someone was observing us

Good cleaning everywhere besides the kitchen sink and stove. And there were lots of cockroaches and it smelled like it, especially in the kitchen. Also someone was observing us. On our last day my daughter was talking to her uncle outside the door and a women next door came into their conversation and asked how many people was staying at our condo and said that she was watching us and we had more than 6. I do not like that she was observing us and that she asked my 13 year old daughter. I do not know who she was and why she wanted to know. I was so embarrassed because my cousin was over and I told him it is a great place, so he had high expectations. I go there every year and that never happened before. Overall the view was nice and my family enjoyed it.

When you contacted our office about the comment another guest/owner made we did inform you we only manage the condo you were staying in but would discuss the matter with security.

Condo from your worst nightmares

Cockroaches!!! Found them the first night I arrived. I called the property management office, she asked which type of cockroaches did I see. Does it matter?! There are cockroaches! Management could only refund me the unused nights or send me to another condo that is smaller & had less beds. There would be no other compensation even though I paid for more space & beds. Unfortunately, my mother would be staying with us & I have 2 young kids so it would be difficult. Management had maintenance spray for bugs which they still crawled after spraying. I tried to salvage as much as I can for this family vacation but most condos were already booked or the prices have increased since I booked this condo about 4 months ago. I struggled with trying to make the best of the situation while my wife felt like I was wasting too much precious time in finding other accommodations that we decided to stay. Shower to master bedroom was the only updated area of the condo. Cooking utensils were dirty & pots had flimsy handles. Condo just felt neglected. I went to my sisters’ condos that they rented & they were so much nicer than mine. Their rentals felt more upscale. I was sad about this but made the best of the vacation as I can. Also had to make sure there weren’t any cockroaches trying to fly back with us at the end of the trip. Overall, I would not come back because of the management’s lack of accommodations & empathy as well as the condo’s outdated amenities & facilities & cockroaches
