A large bay window brings beautiful light and provides access to the balcony with an exceptional sea view. As an extension, a round table allows you to share meals for two in a warm atmosphere. The open-plan American kitchen, opening onto the living space, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as at home. On the night side, the apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a large wardrobe.
