This home is only available to book for a month minimum up to a year or more if desired. Sorry this isn't available for short term. Fully furnished 9000 sq feet of space open floorplan 6 bedrooms huge playroom 30 foot ceilings giant movie pit, hot tub and large pool with dunk tank, playroom has bungee jump, mechanical bull, free fall drop, stunt crash pad, climbing wall, multiple auto belays, rope swing, foam pit, trampoline, worlds tallest bunk bed, air floor tumble tracks, sound system throughout, huge drop down projector, 4 different movie watching areas in home, Pool table, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, master suite with spa, steam room, hot stone bench, jacuzzi room, heated floors, entire home smart wired over the top everything, total luxury in main home and total fun in playroom must see to take it all in. We travel a lot so we decided to rent this home and we have another one we'll stay in between travels. Utilities not included. This home would be great for a family or anyone looking for a large place. We are out in Little Valley at the edge of the airport hill with great access to mountain biking, hiking, atv trails, close to schools, parks, churches, shopping etc. If interested reach out with what dates you’re looking for number of people etc and anything else you'd like to share about yourself. Why they chose this property

I've been dreaming of and designing this unique home for years and finally went for it. We wanted a comfortable modern luxury home but we also wanted a total fun house with endless ways for kids to stay active with good wholesome fun. Fun for both kids and adults. We accomplished this by separating the two area with folding glass doors and curtains. So they can be separate when desired and combined when desired. It works great! The home is over 10K sq ft but has separate mother in law quarters that won't be part of the rental. Don't worry they are totally private separate living and entrance etc.

What makes this property unique

Luxury is nice but not unique. But there is no other house on earth with this type of built in playland with all the fun stuff to do. It's a perfect fit for adults to be comfortable and kids to play and everything in between.
