All rentals have boat slips for the recreational boater or the serious fisherman. This family friendly takes you back to simple times with all the modern amenities. Enjoy cooking out on the grill, visiting nearby restaurants and sitting by the fire pit. Greenway is the perfect place to create memories lasting a lifetime. New 2022 upgrades include a hardscape community patio with large firepit and several grilling stations, new AC, new playground, and dedicated high speed internet. Professionally managed by Special Properties Vacation Rentals.

Great Location and Quick Getaway

Our family enjoyed the Greenway cabin for a weekend getaway. We spent most of our time outdoors boating, but enjoyed the screened porch for cards when we were done for the day. Dock access was a must for us and we enjoyed the short walk to town.

The location was lovely. The cabin was spare, dated, and basic-which was just fine for our needs. However, there were several routine maintenance needs that should have been kept up with. For example, light bulbs burnt out, towel bars missing, incomplete set of dishes (only one steak knife?), portable heater unsteady.
