Imagine a gate opening onto golden stone, soft light and a peaceful enclosed garden in the heart of the Lot. A morning swim, breakfast beneath the pergola, a long lunch with the people you love: here, there is time to enjoy the simple things.

This characterful stone house in Ginouillac welcomes up to eight guests. The entire house, garden, private pool, bioclimatic pergola and parking are reserved for you alone.

Inside, warm textures, wood and natural light create an inviting living space. Settle into a comfortable sofa, enjoy a film on the 65-inch television or gather around the table. The open kitchen is made for leisurely breakfasts and dinners that stretch into the evening. Air conditioning throughout the house and free Wi-Fi make your stay comfortable.

Four bedrooms, room to unwind
Two bedrooms have queen-size beds. The other two can each be arranged as two single beds or a double bed with a mattress topper. Please tell us your preferred configuration before arrival. Two bathrooms with walk-in showers complete the house. Bed linen, bath towels and two tea towels are included, along with a starter kit for the first needs of your stay. Please bring your own pool towels.

A private garden and pool
Behind the stone walls, enjoy a quiet corner with a book or share a meal in the shade of the pergola. The private outdoor pool measures 12 × 3.50 m and is 1.50 m deep. A broad submerged step, approximately 30 cm deep, provides a place to relax in the water; there is no separate shallow pool.

Pool heating is included from 1 May to 30 September. In April and October, pool opening and heating are available on request: a €100 initial heating charge, then €25 per night during your stay. Water temperature depends on the weather and cannot be guaranteed. The pool is closed from November to March; any exceptional opening must be agreed in advance, subject to technical feasibility and weather, with a separate quotation.

A personal welcome
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out by 11 am. We prefer to welcome you in person and show you around the house. For late or overnight arrivals, a secure key box can be arranged in advance. Please send your approximate arrival time the day before or on the day, then message us again 30–60 minutes before you arrive.

Private parking is available. A 7 kW electric-car charging point is available on request for €20 per night for the entire booked stay, for one vehicle.

The house is non-smoking and pets are not accepted. Please leave the property in a reasonable condition, respect the cleaning team and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
