Patio area has outdoor sofa, dining, gas grill, and complete privacy. Large fenced in area for furry family members. Bedroom features uber comfy queen bed with upgraded linens and 60” TV. Large bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks and Carrara marble. Kitchen area has large refrigerator, Cuisinart mini stove and cooktop.

A perfect home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay here.The place was beautifully renovated and had more than everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the private, fenced in yard was a plus. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful yet accessible enough to enjoy the buzz of Atlantic Ave. We’ll definitely be back.

Great location and property

It couldn’t have been better. When we arrived the owner, Elizabeth was there to greet us and show us around the property. We had access to a very private yard (which is fenced) that was great for relaxing and allowed our dog access to a place to play and run around. The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed. A real home away from home. It was spotless and the bathroom is large with a large walk in shower. While we didn’t use it (next time!) there is a golf cart available for use. We chose to walk most of the time as Atlantic Ave is only 15 minutes away with other shopping and amenities very close by. A great neighbourhood and we would 100% recommend both Elizabeth and this property. We will be returning!
