The house is located on a beautiful beach. Just out your door. The house was clean and Florence our host was very attentive and helpful. Thank you! We unfortunately had some of the worst weather. It rained for the 11 straight days we were here

Florence was nice and welcoming. The home did not look like the pictures. Unkept landscaping stove did not work properly and Florence seem to be aware. Home, in my opinion, is in bad need of maintenance.

Super convenient for a family of 10, many bedroom and bathroom configurations. right on the beach, kitchen super fully stocked, close to all our needs and yet isolated enough to feel like we were on private beach. Great beach, great sand. Florence was super accommodating in all things.

Kailua Beach is miles of uncrowded beach joy, perfect for my family. Thank you Florence for the steaks and treats enjoyed by all of us! The house is in need of routine maintenance-type fixes, several of which were scheduled to be completed immediately after we checked out. Our main concern was the poor patch job on a previous break in through the main floor master bedroom window (the only window that opens in that bedroom). It was sealed shut with plexiglass, so no window opening in that bedroom at all. It was unbearably hot even with several fans running. With proper window replacement and some general TLC, this would be a 5-star review of Kailua Beach Villa.

The house is exactly as described. You are paying for the location, pool and size of the house. It fit my family of 8 adults an 2 kids well. Lots of toys . The beach is beautiful with great waves for boogie boarding! The sunrise is beautiful!!.

Hawaiian staycation

Family from outer Island as well as the mainland stayed here during our son's graduation. We went night fishing, swam in the pool every day. Pure fun with family! The only downside during stay was young teens had a bonfire and partying on the beach one night but normal during graduation week. Other than that, property and property manager Florence was awesome!
