I have stayed in this unit twice,Great location to everything, well-kept and clean.we will stay again , I will recommend others that need a decent place to stay. The only thing I recommend is getting new pillows for the beds.

We adored this property. Perfect for a family with little ones. They supplied a pack and play, high chair and some toys. The only thing I wish I knew was that there was no bathtub. The kitchen sink is small but would work for an infant, we made the standing showers work for our toddler. The location was perfect, the pools were clean and never too crowded. We plan on rebooking this same unit for next summer! You can’t go wrong staying here!

We had a great vacation in NMB! The condo location is perfect. You can walk to everything on Main Street a couple of blocks away yet still have the quiet. The pool and tennis courts were great, and beach access was a breeze. Well equipped with what we needed. The beds were comfy, but would recommend bringing your own pillows. We didn't travel with kids, but this is a great family location and there were lots of beach toys/gear available which is a nice touch. The condo was super clean! The layout was great, each bedroom was positioned to feel quiet and private. Would love to return!

Great spot, all you need for a family stay

This is our second time staying at this location and we’re so glad we chose this condo again. It was clean and had all the things we needed (kitchen items, spices etc…). It also had plenty of toys and games for our young kids (ages 4 and 7). While we didn’t need the sand toys, it was so nice to have them available, along with beach chairs and umbrellas. The host was very quick to respond to my messages throughout the week. While the pictures didn’t show it, one room now has a bunk bed along with a twin bed. My kids were especially excited for that! I plan on staying in this condo in the future!

Perfect Condo by the beach

We stayed in this rental with our family and it was perfect! There was 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for all of us. The 2 balconies off the back offer a nice view of the pool and are the perfect spots for your morning coffee! The front balcony offers a view right to the beach which was a 45 second walk away. There were many convenient “extras” left at the condo for your use, such as beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. If you forgot something most likely there was a spare! Just another great feature in this condo. The location was probably our favorite part; close to the beach, main street with many restaurants and shops. We had an absolute blast and will most definitely return in the future.

Maybe it was just bad luck..

We had several inconveniences during our stay. The first was a musty smell when we walked in. We found the source of the smell to come from the air conditioning unit causing moisture to drip from the ceiling onto the carpet. Both the carpet and ceiling need repair. We purchased essential oil diffusers to help cover the smell. The parking passes were also missing on arrival and in our walk through we found plates of food behind one of the beds and the king size bed was actually two twin beds pushed together. The keyless entry also quit working while we were there and we ended up waiting outside for over an hour to get back into the condo. The owners were responsive to all these problems, but it is still frustrating that all these things happened during our stay. The condo is located near a lot of things but I won’t rent one again that requires us to cross 4 lanes of traffic to get to the beach. I felt that the condo was in a safe area and there were security guards around at all times. The pools were nice.
