Cocoonr offers you this charming 120 m² duplex apartment for rent in Plainfaing, on the first floor of a former school, which can accommodate up to 10 people.

It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

1st floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: built-in fridge/freezer, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter and Senseo), hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- separate WC

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a 3-seater bunk bed (90x200cm), including a pull-out bed, and another 3-seater bunk bed (140x200 cm and 90x200 cm).
- Shower room (with shower and wall-mounted changing table)
- Separate WC
- Laundry area with washing machine and drying rack

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: raclette machine, high chair, cot (available free of charge on request).

Outside :
- A courtyard shared with another gîte, equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture.

The house is ideally located in Plainfaing, at the foot of the Hautes Vosges mountains, in very pleasant surroundings. In the centre of Plainfaing, you'll find all the shops you need, as well as restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Close to Alsace and a stone's throw from Gérardmer, you can enjoy a wide range of activities:
- Christmas markets in winter
- Hiking, mountain biking and horse riding through forests, ridges and valleys.
- Three nearby ski areas: Domaines du Lac Blanc, La Bresse and La Schlucht
- Bike park, summer sledging, go-karting

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house (2 spaces).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Dié-des-Vosges station, approx. 21 km away
- Nearest airports: Strasbourg Entzheim (106 km away) or Basel Mulhouse (about 100 km away)
