The views don't get any better than this! You patio perched above the beach at Princesa De Penasco Resort truly stands out from all the rest. This top floor unit brings you open sky vistas, and a cozy place to take it all in while sipping a cold drink!

The interior is characterized by comfortable furnishings, and a wonderful painted interior dome in the living room. A really distinctive touch for this two bedroom condominium.

In the living room there is a large, L shaped sofa near the by the patio doors. A dining table can seat eight. Next up is the kitchen with a raised counter top, additional bar stool seating, and fully loaded kitchen with all needed appliances as well. A compact utility room has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The main bedroom is set along the oceanside. There is a King sized bed, and a private bathroom accessed only from the bedroom.

The front bedroom presents two twin beds. Both bedrooms have TV's , dressers, and closet space too.

Experience the Princesa Resort, one of Rocky Points most popular. The grounds are known for their brick pathways that wind through grassy, flower lined areas. Palm trees and multiple clean swimming pools give this Resort its character. The Manta Bar is a beach front, twin up bar that is lots of fun.

You will find many BBQ area with new grills with stone benches. There is a large sand volley ball court right by the beach too. Palapas and chaise lounges by the pools are abundant. An on site convenience store, club house with workout area, and the popular Colins Cantina restaurant / bar give this resort a very complete list of amenities.

very nice

my sixth visit to Princesa so I knew what to expect. I paid extra for the location but regretted it due to the noise from the pool. Other than that I gave Casago a list of the minor problems with the unit for their info. Lovely place. Thanks!
