There are a lot of rules/instructions to follow. Did not like that we had to take all trash out. My wife was scared when we had to go out the backyard into the back alley behind house to take trash to dumpster. The note on the kitchen trash bin stated if you leave any garbage, a cleaning fee will be charged. We would not stay here again.

Quick stay, we just stayed an overnight as a pit stop on our road trip but the property was clean and comfortable. Close to downtown making it easy to grab breakfast and hit the road the next day.

It was a good place to stay. The host was responsive. It said that there was room for 4 adults and two children. It didn't say the two children would have to sleep on a blow up bed. The ice maker in the fridgerator did not work. The master bedroom clothes closet did not have a rod to hang clothes on. But none of these conditions were anything that couldn't be overcome. The house was clean, fairly well stocked and in a quiet, safe area. I would stay there again. The price was better than a motel.
