The beach is calling your name and you must answer! This 11th-floor, dog-friendly condo provides guests with resort amenities and a prime beachfront location that is not easy to find at this price. Some of the amenities you will have access to include an indoor heated pool, indoor kiddie pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, outdoor pool, outdoor showers, laundry facilities, and a fitness center.

Two private balconies allow you to take in majestic beach and water views during your stay. Take advantage of the convenient hanging table to start your day with a steamy cup of coffee while admiring the views from the main bedroom. The beach-themed living room boasts two comfortable sofas and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable, creating a great and light-filled spot to gather with your friends. There is another furnished balcony off of the living room. Show off your cooking skills thanks to the well-appointed kitchen. It has all the appliances you could ever need to prepare everything, from full-course meals to beach snacks and comfort food. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds and flatscreen TVs, but only the main bedroom has a balcony, a small desk area, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, and an en suite bathroom.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowboard community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Additionally, we host an annual Wine & Cheese reception with giveaways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
