This idyllic Robinson house in Tkon on the island of Pašman offers space for up to 4 people on 60 m² and is located in a quiet location directly by the sea. The accommodation has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin, as well as an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, freezer, sink, gas cooker, oven, filter coffee machine, SAT-TV and CD player.



The 15 m² covered terrace with sea view invites you to relax and is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and a private barbecue. The private garden area with outdoor shower, sun terrace and lawn is also available to guests. Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are welcome, a maximum of three animals can be accommodated.



For boat enthusiasts, two boat moorings are available directly at the house; a boat can be rented upon request. Parking spaces are available.



The environment is ideal for beach holidays, Robinson holidays, family holidays or active leisure activities. The pebble beach is just a few metres away, restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre can be reached in about 5 minutes. Leisure activities include boat trips, sailing, diving, snorkelling, fishing, mountain biking, wine tasting and bird watching. The island offers peace, nature and direct access to the crystal-clear sea.

Wonderful house

Wonderful house with incredible views over the sea. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying breakfast on the terrace. The indoor and outdoor spaces are comfortable and well maintained. Great base for exploring Tkon and the surrounding beaches.

Spędziliśmy w tym domu niesamowity tydzień. Dużo miejsca, piękny teren na zewnątrz i wspaniałe widoki na zatokę. Do małej plaży jest tylko krótki spacer, a woda jest tutaj bardzo czysta. Bardzo podobało nam się gotowanie na świeżym powietrzu i relaks po dniach spędzonych na plaży.

Ein fantastisches Haus in einer tollen Lage. Viel Platz für alle, und die Terrasse ist ideal für Mahlzeiten und gemütliche Abende. Der Meerblick ist beeindruckend, und der kurze Weg zum Wasser machte das Schwimmen für die Kinder einfach und besonders spaßig. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr überteuert

Das Haus ist deutlich überteuert - dafür hat es einfach zu wenig Standart (extrem geringer Wasserdruck, kein Warmwasser, Lücken in der Küchenausstattung (Schälchen, Möglichkeit Kaffee zu kochen...), die Inneneinrichtung des Wohnraums besteht aus einem Plastikgartentisch + Stühlen, es gibt nur eine einzige funktionierende Steckdose). Wie sich herausgestellt hat, hat das Nachbarhaus weniger als die Hälfte gekostet und war deutlich schöner und gemütlicher eingerichtet.
