The house offers a total of six rental units, including two large apartments, two small apartments, a studio and a guest room. The outdoor area includes a sunbathing lawn, sun terrace, garden terrace, shaded areas, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower and barbecue facilities. Bicycles are available, and a boat can be used by arrangement. Pets are not allowed.
