Minutes to Auburn downtown and 20 minutes to SeaTac Airport.
Salmon Migration has started in this river! Huge number of Salmons can be seen from the bank. They are jumping! Salmon Season officially starts on September 16, 2025!
Waterfront home with large private recreational backyard. All species of wild Salmon migrate up the river starting in September and lasting through the end of December.
