Large, walk-in shower (no tub)

Thick, soft towels and bathmat provided. Shower chair also provided if needed.
Full Kitchen - no dishwasher (dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs, pots and pans, etc., are machine washed and sanitized between stays)

Hello and welcome to my humble abode. My name is Tamara and I am your host for the duration of your stay in your own, separate floor with separate entrance, yard, and parking.
I decided to create this short-term and longer rental opportunity because the view and location is so wonderful, I just have to share it. We are known for our incredible sunsets and over 300 days of sunshine a year (at least as much sun as Seattle gets rain).

Why they chose this property
This is a very special and unique place that feels like country, but is minutes from everything! You have privacy around you, and bustle just a few miles away. There is no better Columbia River view than right here in my humble opinion. My guests agree!
If you love amazing sunrises and sunsets in the still of the morning or evening, this place will sing to your soul. Imaging kicking back in your dedicated yard and watching the symphony of eagles, hawks, American Pelicans, and so many more put on a show for you as they fly about their day.
Then there are the river cruises, fishing, water sports, and golfers to watch as they flit about their fun in the great Columbia River. All in the comfort of your quiet space complete with fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor eating area.
Boat, kayak, and jet ski rentals are also available along the river. The field across the street is a great place for dirt biking.
Columbia Park less than 5 minutes away by car and right in front of you by yard.
Built in one of the earliest neighborhoods (1950s/1960s) in Kennewick, this eclectic neighborhood boasts amazing views of the Columbia River and is probably the best kept secret in town.
A great place from which to watch the 4th of July fireworks, Columbia Cup Hydroplane races, Over the River Air Show, Christmas boat parade, and much more. The night lights are mesmerizing.
I do have a set of house rules I will gladly send you upon request or when you make your reservations. Confirmation that you've read and understand them is required.
Current driver's license or valid ID may be required.

Unload from your private driveway to your private suite, just steps away. Motion lights ensure you never arrive to the dark.
Kick your shoes off in your 3-bedroom suite with your choice of a king or queen beds, complete with kitchen, basic cooking supplies, throws for wrapping up in, and a beautiful electric fireplace to make your space cozy and warm. Both the living room and dining area give you beautiful views of the mighty Columbia River and night lights. Play games, watch TV, get a little work done, or just relax and enjoy the view (my personal favorite).
When you’re ready for a good night’s sleep, crawl into your cozy bed with both soft and firm pillows; soft cotton sheets, blanket, bedspread, and plush comforter. Choose your own room temperature with your individual heat source complete with remote.
If you’re looking for tranquil, there’s no place like it.
Fishing, boating, golfing, river cruises, jet skiing, kayaking, river trails, restaurants/bars, entertainment, and shopping: we are just minutes from it all!

This property is located at the widest part of the Columbia River in the Tri-Cities. So much to see while kicking back and/or playing games & barbecuing in your dedicated yard. 4th of July fireworks are amazing!
There are 2 boat ramps in Columbia Park and a golf course (you can see from here) just minutes away (5-10) by car. While there are planes, trains, and a freeway; they are quiet enough not to interfere with outside conversations.
Eagles, hawks, ducks, American pelicans, geese, and others I'm only just learning about are plentiful (no hunting please lol) and put on quite the show.
Note: Award winning Canyon Lakes and Columbia Point golf courses are approximately 15 minutes by car.
