We provide Paddleboards, Kayaks, life vests, floating jump mats, ping pong tables, life-size Jenga, and life-sized Connect Four to ensure hours of fun.
Pets must be pre-approved and there is a $150 pet fee for the pet. We prefer to stick to the 30lb limit and no puppies rule. Please get in touch with us to discuss options.

We do not allow anyone to hang their boat on the boat lift, you are welcome to tie up to the dock.

No smoking in the home and smoking found will be an additional charge of $250

no jumping off the dock for safety reasons

please hang all life jackets back up in the garage
if you use a paddle board or Kayak or the floating jump mat, please ensure they are put back in the garage.
